A multi-residential apartment in the middle of Mount Gravatt, View St Apartments places a strong emphasis on creating a space that fosters casual interaction and community engagement. Large windows create an abundance of natural light and offer breathtaking views of the city skyline, while modern materials combine with prominent indoor plants to create an oasis in the heart of the urban landscape.

The building's long lines and spacious design create a sense of openness and fluidity, encouraging residents to move through the space with ease. The building's design also prioritizes privacy and peacefulness, with considered articulation of the building envelope turning internal rooms towards the breathtaking city views without sacrificing the privacy of neighbours.

The building's material palette is both smart and sophisticated, with cool split face blocks creating a sense of calm and solidity, while warmer wooden features add elegance and refinement.
